Support Function Key ResponsibilitiesProvide day to day support for backend Java based applications ensuring system availability and performanceKnowledge of Oracle DB Postgres as DB should be able to write SQLs for analysisMonitor application health and performance using monitoring tools Dynatrace and IT MonitorKnowledge of Service Now for Incident and Service RequestInvestigate and resolve incidents escalations and production issues in a timely mannerAnalyze logs perform root cause analysis and provide fixes or workarounds for production issuesCollaborate with development teams to deploy software releases and updates in production environmentsPerform application configuration changes including parameter adjustments and deployment of patches or hotfixesConduct periodic system health checks and optimize backend performanceWrite and maintain technical documentation related to system configuration troubleshooting steps and standard operating proceduresSupport release management processes including testing and validation of new builds and patchesWork with database administrators and other support teams to resolve complex system issuesParticipate in on call rotation as required providing support during off hours and weekends
