Architect (ATC) - Factor

We are seeking a Senior AI Architect to design and lead end-to-end AI and Agentic solutions that integrate creative workflows (design systems, Figma assets, content pipelines) with scalable backend and frontend platforms. This role will own solution architecture, AI platform design, and technical governance across multi-stream delivery programs.

Key Responsibilities

Design end-to-end AI/Agentic system architecture covering data ingestion, model orchestration, API services, and UI integration.

Define architecture for creative automation workflows including Figma integrations, design system consumption, campaign content pipelines, and copy generation.

Lead LLM, RAG, and multi-agent architecture patterns for enterprise use cases.

Define scalable frontend + backend architecture to support AI-driven applications.

Own security, privacy, scalability, and performance architecture standards.

Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineering teams to translate business workflows into technical solutions.

Establish coding standards, AI governance, and technical best practices.

Provide technical mentorship to AI Engineers and review solution designs.

Support client architecture reviews and technical roadmap planning.

Required Skills & Qualifications

8+ years of software architecture experience with 3+ years in AI/ML or GenAI systems.

Strong hands-on experience with:

LLMs (Gemini, OpenAI, Claude or similar)

Vector databases and RAG frameworks

REST and event-driven microservices architecture

Experience integrating design and creative tools (Figma APIs, content platforms, CMS, asset pipelines).

Strong frontend-backend integration knowledge (React/Angular + Python/Node backends).

Experience with cloud platforms (GCP preferred) — Vertex AI, Cloud Run, GKE, BigQuery.

Knowledge of AI governance, security, access control, and compliance.

Excellent system design and stakeholder communication skills.
