Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with extensive experience in full-stack development using Java, Python, Angular 18, and AWS Cloud. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end solution development, drive technical delivery, mentor teams, and ensure architectural alignment with business requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Lead full-stack development using Java, Python, Angular 18, HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap.
• Design and develop microservices and REST APIs.
• Oversee cloud-native deployments using AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, S3, EC2, and RDS.
• Guide the team on coding best practices, design patterns, and performance optimization.
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical leadership across sprints.
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, and stakeholders for solution planning.
• Troubleshoot complex issues across frontend, backend, and cloud layers.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong expertise in Java (Spring Boot) and Python frameworks (Flask/Django/FastAPI).
• Advanced Angular (v18) development skills.
• Hands-on experience building secure, scalable systems on AWS.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD, Git, and Agile processes.
• Excellent communication and team leadership abilities.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of database technologies (SQL, NoSQL).
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven track record of leading technical teams and delivering high-quality software solutions.
