Architect (ATC)

Key Responsibilities
Product Vision & Strategy
 Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap and work closely with
Product Owner (Client business team)
 Ensure alignment with business goals, market needs, and user insights.
 Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback synthesis.
Backlog Management
 Create, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog.
 Write clear and concise user stories with acceptance criteria.
 Continuously refine backlog items based on feedback and business value.
 Ensure development work aligns with product priorities and deadlines.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
 Work closely with engineering, design, QA, marketing, and sales teams.
 Collaborate with Scrum Masters and development teams to plan sprints.
 Participate in daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Stakeholder Management
 Act as the primary point of contact for product-related communication along with
Product Owner (Client business).
 Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into actionable work items.
 Provide timely updates and manage expectations.

Execution & Delivery
 Ensure solutions meet customer needs and quality standards.
 Validate features through testing, demos, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
 Track product performance using KPIs and iterate based on data.
