Role: AI GTM Leader

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Market Strategy & Definition: Define and shape our AI service offerings based

    on deep market analysis, competitive intelligence, and client needs.

  • Evangelism & Relationship Building: Act as a top evangelist for our AI

    practice, delivering presentations and thought leadership to C-level executives,

    industry events, and client meetings. You will build and nurture a network of key

    relationships with clients, partners, and industry influencers.

  • Business Development: Partner with our sales, AI Lab solutions, and delivery

    teams to identify and qualify new business opportunities. You will lead strategic

    conversations with clients, translate their business challenges into clear AI

    opportunities, and help close critical deals.

  • Partnership Management: Identify, build, and manage strategic partnerships

    with technology vendors (e.g., cloud providers) and other consulting firms to

    expand our market reach and capabilities.

  • Team Leadership: Mentor and guide the presales and solutions teams, including

    AI Solutions Leaders, to ensure alignment with the GTM strategy and to foster a

    culture of innovation and excellence.

  • Performance Monitoring: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to

    measure the success of our GTM initiatives and provide regular reporting and

    strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

 

Qualifications

  • Experience: 15+ years of experience in a senior GTM, business development, or

    strategic leadership role within the technology or consulting industry, with some

    focus on AI/ML.

     

  • Market Acumen: In-depth knowledge of the AI landscape, including current

    trends in machine learning, generative AI, and data platforms. A strong

    understanding of the consulting business model is essential.

  • Executive Presence: Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation

    skills. You must be comfortable and credible when engaging with C-suite and

    executive-level audiences.

  • Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to develop and execute complex GTM
