AI Solution Leader

Role: AI Solution Leader

Responsibilities

• Presales and Solutioning: Lead the end-to-end presales solutioning, from initial client engagement to proposal creation. You'll work closely with our sales team and clients to understand client needs and design innovative, impactful AI solutions that solve real-world business problems. This includes architecting solutions, estimating project timelines and costs, and preparing compelling proposals and presentations.

   

   

• Technical Leadership: Act as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor to clients. You'll articulate complex technical concepts in a clear, compelling manner to both technical and non-technical audiences. You will also stay on top of the latest advancements in AI/ML, large language models (LLMs), and cloud AI services to inform your solutions. 

   

   

• Internal Collaboration: Collaborate with our delivery, practice, and resource management teams to ensure proposed solutions are feasible, scalable, and can be delivered effectively.  

   

   

•  Program Initiation and Scoping: Help launch critical AI programs by defining project scope, establishing governance frameworks, and aligning key stakeholders. You'll ensure a smooth transition from the presales phase to the delivery team.  

   

   

• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders, acting as a primary point of contact for technical and strategic discussions.
   

Qualifications
 

• Experience: Overall 10+ years with 4+ years of experience in a presales, solutions architect, or technical consulting role within the AI/ML domain. 

   

   

• Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of AI/ML concepts, frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP). Experience with LLMs and agentic AI is a strong plus.     

   

   

• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and persuasively.   

   

   

• Business Savvy: Strong business acumen with the ability to connect technical solutions to business value and outcomes.
   

• Leadership: Demonstrated experience in a client-facing leadership role, with a proven track record of influencing decisions and leading successful project kick- offs.    

   

   

• Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
