AI Chat bot

Perform end-to-end functional and UX testing of chatbot, messaging, and voice solutions 
 Validate system responses against various user input variations for the same intent 
 Ensure logical and human-like interaction behaviour across conversational flows 
 Design and execute test scenarios covering multiple message variants
 Test AWS Connect flows (voice, chat, routing, IVR scenarios) 
 Identify gaps in conversation design and suggest improvements 
 Collaborate with product, AI, and development teams 
 Report defects with clear steps, expected vs actual behaviour 
 Support regression, exploratory, and E2E testing 
Must have:
 Experience in chatbot / conversational AI / Gen AI testing
 Experience in chatbot automation testing tools
 Understanding of natural language variations and intent mapping
 Hands-on or exposure to AWS Connect (voice/chat flows)
 Experience with tools like Cyara (voice/chat testing) 
 Hands on experience in API Testing using postman, supertest API frameworks
 Strong software engineering fundamentals, and proven experience in a number of
programming languages.
