Xceptor Developer

Job Description
As an Xceptor Software Engineer you will demonstrate adherence to good engineering practice and be responsible for helping define and build front to back solutions. As part of the Engineering team, you will need to pick up new technologies and innovative ways to solve problems. To be successful, tight-knit collaboration and communication skills are vital and you must be comfortable operating in an agile, dynamic environment. Your CV should demonstrate
the following:
Strong Xceptor knowledge - at least to v4 (both application and server side)
Experience of working with Thunderhead and/or Smart DX
MS SQL Server
MS Windows Server configuration
Structured Development experience (C sharp/VB.net or Python preferred)
Evidence of being able to work independently
A solid understanding of the Investment Banking industry from an IT perspective

In addition the successful candidate will need to provide evidence of the following:
Ability to understand complex business requirements and create business ready and compliant solutions.
Ability to review processes and documentation & identify opportunities to enhance solutions.
Excellent track record for delivery to timescales and effective management of risks and issues.
