WalkMe Developer

Responsibilities:

• Design build and maintain Smart Walk Thrus SmartTips Launchers ShoutOuts and other WalkMe DAP components

• Collaborate with business stakeholders product owners and UX teams to understand processes identify pain points and define digital adoption opportunities

• Configure WalkMe for application onboarding process automation and self service support

• Analyze user behavior using WalkMe Insights create dashboards and measure adoption metrics

• Troubleshoot WalkMe issues including script conflicts with web applications

• Participate in scoping design development testing and deployment of WalkMe solutions across platforms

• Provide technical guidance and documentation to stakeholders and explain technical issues to non technical audiences

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience typically 2 to 5 years in WalkMe development

• Strong knowledge of HTML CSS jQuery and browser based debugging

• Experience in UX UI design user journey mapping and content structuring

• Ability to coordinate WalkMe projects and support junior resources

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
