WalkMe Developer
Responsibilities:
Design build and maintain Smart Walk Thrus SmartTips Launchers ShoutOuts and other WalkMe DAP components
Collaborate with business stakeholders product owners and UX teams to understand processes identify pain points and define digital adoption opportunities
Configure WalkMe for application onboarding process automation and self service support
Analyze user behavior using WalkMe Insights create dashboards and measure adoption metrics
Troubleshoot WalkMe issues including script conflicts with web applications
Participate in scoping design development testing and deployment of WalkMe solutions across platforms
Provide technical guidance and documentation to stakeholders and explain technical issues to non technical audiences
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Experience typically 2 to 5 years in WalkMe development
Strong knowledge of HTML CSS jQuery and browser based debugging
Experience in UX UI design user journey mapping and content structuring
Ability to coordinate WalkMe projects and support junior resources
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
