Responsibilities:

·       Design. You have a design mindset with an eye for branding and business, capable of creating strategically targeted and aesthetically compelling digital and print visuals.

·       Collaboration. You’re an active participant in meetings, intuitive about taking instruction from marketing, content, and design directors, and work well with our team of designers.

·       Time Focused. You’re great at meeting deadlines, keeping projects on-track, and keeping all relevant team members informed about your progress.

·       Detail Oriented. You work with brand guidelines as a foundation to create engaging visual solutions.

·       Teamwork. You’ll work with other members of marketing on a variety of deliverables such as:

 

o   PowerPoint presentations

o   Email designs

o   Social posts

o   Environmental graphics

o   Sales collateral (Data sheet, brochure, and white paper)

o   Apparel designs

o   Motion graphics

o   Video

 

Qualifications:

 

·       Degree in graphic design, visual communications, or related field preferred but not required.

·       5 - 8 years of professional design experience

·       Strong verbal and written communication skills

·       Expertise in the Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Premeire

·       Experience in the Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Word

·       Illustration skills experience a plus

·       Applicant must include a portfolio.
