Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Software Developer with a strong foundation in XD (Experience Design) principles. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in software development, demonstrating the ability to create user-centered applications that enhance user experience. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and a deep understanding of XD methodologies to ensure that our software solutions are not only functional but also intuitive and engaging.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Implement XD principles to enhance user experience and interface design.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Identify and troubleshoot software defects and performance issues.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure best practices.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong foundational knowledge of XD principles and methodologies.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
• Experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Familiarity with software development frameworks and tools.
• Ability to work in an Agile development environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with UX/UI design tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD).
• Knowledge of database management systems (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).
• Understanding of cloud services and deployment strategies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of relevant software development experience.
