JD: Translate UXUI designs into fully functional and responsive web and mobile interfaces. Ensure designs are implemented accurately with high attention to detail.
Work closely with UI UX designers, developers, and product managers to ensure the product meets the design vision and technical requirements. Participate in design reviews, providing feedback and input from a technical perspective.
Frontend Development Develop interactive, responsive, and user-friendly web and mobile applications using front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
User Centered Focus Ensure that all design implementations focus on the end user, improving usability, accessibility, and overall experience. Apply best practices for user interface (UI) and user experience UX design principles.
Responsive Design Build responsive layouts and ensure that applications are optimized for performance across different screen sizes and devices (desktop, tablet, mobile).
Cross Browser Compatibility Test and troubleshoot cross-browser issues to ensure a consistent experience across all platforms.: Optimize the performance of web applications by minimizing load times and ensuring that the user experience remains smooth, even under heavy traffic.
Ensure that all user interfaces comply with web accessibility standards (WCAG) and are usable by people with various disabilities.
Collect and implement user feedback on the usability and functionality of the application. Work closely with the product team to refine designs and make iterative improvements.
Prototyping and Mockup Collaborate with designers in creating high-fidelity prototypes, mockups, and wireframes that demonstrate interactions, animations, and transitions.
Use version control systems like Git to manage code changes and collaborate with other team members in an organized manner.
Maintain clear and concise documentation on front-end components and functionality to aid future development and maintenance.
Experience 3 plus years of experience in UXUI development or front-end web development, with a strong portfolio showcasing your ability to implement user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces.
Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6), and front-end frameworks such as React, Vue.js, or Angular.
Experience with CSS preprocessors like Sass or LESS, and task runners/build tools like Webpack, Gulp, or Grunt.
Strong knowledge of responsive design principles and frameworks like Bootstrap or Foundation.
Solid understanding of UX design principles and best practices, including user flows, wireframes, and usability testing.
Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision to collaborate with designers.
Understanding of color theory, typography, and other design fundamentals.
working in Agile environments, participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
