Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled UI Architect with extensive experience in UI design and wireframing, React JS, and application design. The ideal candidate will leverage design thinking principles to create intuitive and engaging user interfaces. This role requires a strong foundation in CSS development and a passion for delivering high-quality user experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead the UI design and wireframing process for web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into design specifications.
• Utilize React JS to develop responsive and dynamic user interfaces.
• Implement design thinking methodologies to enhance user experience and usability.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in UI design and development, including accessibility standards.
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate on designs.
• Mentor junior designers and developers in UI design principles and practices.

Mandatory Skills

• Proven experience in UI design and wireframing.
• Strong proficiency in React JS.
• Expertise in CSS development.
• Solid understanding of design thinking methodologies.
• Experience in application design for web and mobile platforms.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Knowledge of front-end development frameworks.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Design, or a related field.
• 7-10 years of relevant experience in UI design and development.
• A portfolio showcasing previous UI design and wireframing projects.
