UI/UX Designer Offshore (Reports & Dashboards for P&C Domain)
Role Overview
The Offshore Senior UI/UX Designer will lead the design and user experience strategy for reports and dashboards related to the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance domain. This role involves collaborating with technical teams and business stakeholders to create intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly interfaces that enhance decision-making and data consumption.
Key Responsibilities

Engage with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements and understand user needs for dashboards and reports.
Design wireframes, prototypes, and high fidelity mockups for Power BI dashboards and other reporting tools.
Ensure designs align with usability principles, accessibility standards, and corporate branding guidelines.
Drive the end to end design process, from concept to final implementation, ensuring seamless user experience.
Collaborate with developers and QA teams to ensure accurate implementation of UI/UX designs.
Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback into iterative design improvements.
Document design specifications and provide guidance to offshore and onshore teams for consistent delivery.
Stay updated on UI/UX best practices and emerging trends in data visualization and BI tools.

Required Skills & Experience

8 to 12 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong focus on dashboards and data visualization.
Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
Familiarity with Power BI and other BI platforms for dashboard design.
Strong understanding of usability principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards.
Ability to translate complex data into intuitive visual representations.
Excellent communication skills for stakeholder discussions and requirement gathering.
Experience in P&C Insurance domain is highly desirable.
