Minimum 5-8 years of experience in IT Industry
Working and core understanding of TIBCO BW, Active Space, Business Events and EMS is a must
Preferred to have working in BW 5.x 6.x and EMS 6.x 7.x environments
Strong UNIX skills
Reviews and provides input to requirements design documents
Develops or reviews detailed test plans
Leads test case reviews
Analyzes defect trends
Coordinates defect review meetings
Coordinates testing environment configurations and maintenance with TIBCO System Administrators, Developers, Infrastructure teams, Database team, Vendors, Project Managers
Able to coordinate with onshore and offshore team members to their needs are met
Ensures testing best practices and standards are followed that are produced by EA and Integration team
