Test Engineer

Prepare Test Plan, Test strategies Reports and Technical documentation based on the analysis of software requirements.
Analyze functional requirements and review the test plans and scenarios.
Confer with the engineering team and client technical team to understand the new features for the product.
Design test plans, Scenarios, Scripts and procedures.
Triage defect identification and analysis and establish guidelines for severity and priority for defects.
Strong testing experience in Web and mobile based applications.
Review the test results of the new features and execute test cases. Manage test activities.
Confer with the clients release management team in order to release quality assurance testing and production validation.
Keep a track of the status of all the defects identified during test execution.
Create a document for the deployment of emergency fixes in the system Test environment.
Have a strong experience in Team management and work allocation
Perform Regression, functional, smoke, A11y testing on the product until successfully launched.
Manage communications and liaise with onsite and offshore teams during the design, review and implementation stage of Test Cases to ensure high quality deliverables adhered to and high quality standards maintained.
Participate in the design, development, maintenance and testing of computer software applications through all phases
Coordinate with the Development team in identifying the root cause of the issue
Track all tests in the central repository, ensure status of all test cases are up to date, and provide status emails to involving parties.
Ensure that the Product under test should be compliant with client design and adheres to the product standards provided by the client.
Good experience in analyzing Network and Console logs for bug debugging.
Based on the logs, analyzing the code changes of the Binary and pointing that in the Google defect tracking tool.
Planning and assigning QAs daily activities and then at the end of day sharing updated status with Counterparts.
Quick learning, excellent adaptive team player having ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure.
