Test Analyst

•9+ Years of professional experience in banking , Wealth Management Platform projects and Functional Automation Testing.
•Should have experience in Advent Syncova v20.1, Investrack, Tradex v19.2, APX v19.2 products and applications
•Should have strong working experience in testing investment products like Mutual Funds, Structured Notes, Equity Funds, Sukuk Funds,  Common Stock, Lump sum Investments, etc.
•Should have experience in working with Middleware ESB integration, Core banking, SMS Gateway, AECB, All Funds Bank (AFI), Bloomberg via MDS interface for prices and FX, ETLs and BO reports
•Expertise in Test Cases Preparation, Test Cases Execution , System and Integration Testing , User Acceptance Testing, Regression Testing and Performance Testing
•Expertise in building continuous testing pipeline in DevOps using tools like Jenkins, GIT, etc.
•Should be expertise in understanding, enhance and maintain the existing automation frameworks for different applications.
•Expertise with Functional and API / Web Service Automation tools like Micro Focus-UFT (GUI & API) and Test Complete.
•Monitor & analyze of server performance counters like CPU, Memory, deadlocks, connections/threads & etc.
•Expertise on Test management and Defect management tools like Micro Focus – ALM, Quality Center, JIRA and Clear Quest.
•Strong expertise on  Scripting & Development Languages like VB Script and Java.
•Strong functional knowledge on banking applications and batch processes.
•Identify and recommend the troubleshooting mechanics for performance issues.
•Identify workaround/possible approach to overcome the showstoppers and meet the expectations.
•Good knowledge on database systems (Oracle, Sybase, etc..) and able to write SQL queries to validate the backend transactions.
•Good domain knowledge on Banking and financial applications.
•Updating the scripts and test suites for AUT (Application under Test), for different releases and Change requests.
•Executing the automation scripts during regression cycles.
•Communicating issues and defects identified during execution with the Functional Team.
•Providing test execution and automation status reports to automation lead.
•Strong communication, customer focus, excellent problem solving skills and analytical skills.
