- 15+ years experiences in global service integration firms – roles across sales, solutioning with experience in or exposure to delivery and portfolio building
- 10+ years experience in professional services consultative selling to the executive level.
- 5+ years selling competitive public cloud technologies across AWS, Azure, GCP with a track record of success.
- Attainment of business and sales accreditations and certifications with AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Experience in Banking, Finance, Insurance, Life Sciences, or Media, and providing insight to business leaders in the industry.
- Experience committing to annual and quarterly sales targets and providing regular updates against forecast using Salesforce CRM tool.
- An outstanding ability to understand business problems and articulate a corresponding solution based on Virtusa Services and Virtusa cloud offering
- Experience pricing and selling transformative cloud solutions that require cloud partner engagement and advisory capabilities in addition to standard implementation services. These solutions will require knowledge of multi-cloud capabilities and an ability to express the value of those solutions in terms of dollars and cents.
- Ability to thrive in a complex selling environment with multiple channels to the client or prospect. This includes collaborating with Offering solution architects, Client Partners and existing account teams to jointly present complete solutions to the client.
