Technology Delivery Manager

We are looking for a Technology Delivery Manager. The applicant will have a strong
background in technology with a strong understanding and at least 7 years experience
with Technology Project Management.

Manage project financials and budgeting, ensuring alignment with the financial
goals of multiple projects.
Job Responsibilities
Project Leadership and Management
Lead and plan technical deliverables that meet project requirements within the
allocated budget and schedule.
Serve as the escalation point for the project team, addressing critical project issues
and facilitating smooth execution. Provide hands-on guidance to ensure the project teams build enhancements
according to the solution plan.
Technical Delivery and Risk Management

Provide regular status updates on technical delivery and escalate issues affecting
the project schedule, proposing workarounds or resolutions.Ensure project documentation is completed according to industry and
organizational standards.
Job Requirements Degree in Computing or related discipline to support job requirements.
At least 7 years of experience in Program/Project management under a Project
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills including conflict resolution skills.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, meticulous with attention to details.
Ability to identify and improve on work & process inefficiencies.
Proficient in MS Project, Confluence, JIRA.
Proficient with SDLC, AGILE methodologies.
Good organization skill, able to multi-task and work under pressure.
Adaptable and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
Excellent time management and can prioritize work.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, and meticulous with attention to
details.
Team player, able to work independently or in a team with minimal supervision.
Good communication, writing and presentation skill. Good stakeholder engagement and vendor management skills
