Detailed Job Description:
- 11+ Years of Overall IT and Project Management experience; Preferably with Agile Project Management exposure
- Experience in Pega or a good understanding in basic Pega concepts is must
- Banking and Finance experience is a positive
- Experience into complete SDLC management in an enterprise environment
- Excellent English communication with client facing exposure
- Hands on experience on Scope, Budget, Schedule and Risk management
- Establishing the processes and continues improvement.
- Strategic business acumen & understanding of organizational strategy and ability to design information systems to deliver that strategy
- Experience in managing cross-functional and geographically diverse teams
- Experience using JIRA for maintaining and tracking project artifacts such as, backlogs, task assignments, etc.
- Bachelor’s Degree
