Role Description :

Mandate is that Must have the 1 or 2 program management experience in Java with Banking domain. Digital Banking exposure is mandatory.

Minimum of 15 years of career experience out of which minimum 7 years should as developer & 5 years of experience in managing or performing IT development projects using an Agile approach.

Strong leadership and organizational skills with excellent communication written and verbal, time management, project planning, people and team building skills.

Oversee the development, deployment, monitoring, maintenance, documentation, and support of high-quality, reliable, and mission-critical applications to meet business needs.

Collaborate with the business to identify new business requirements and lead the technology team to deliver those requirements.

5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience.

5+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience.

5+ years of overseeing Java banking domain projects, managing client relationships, and driving business development to achieve company goals.

Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for the Program engagement, aligning it with the Customer's overall business objectives.

Utilize a broad understanding of systems design to provide architectural and technical guidance.

Can prioritize and work with a wide range of teams and readily shares lessons learned and credit for team accomplishments.

Directs and coordinates the development and implementation of process-based solutions across project lines.

Effectively manage communication with various stakeholders, including team leads, project managers (TPMs), and customer representatives.

Manage margin, have well-defined budgets, timelines, and deliver expected business benefits.

Lead portfolio meetings by providing clear updates, addressing concerns, and fostering a collaborative decision-making environment.

Identify Innovation/Automation/Process Improvements and drive teams towards implementation.
