Role Overview
The Technical Delivery Manager will own the technical delivery of UnifyApps implementations across
large enterprises. This role requires proven experience in delivering digital transformation projects,
strong technical oversight, and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day technical delivery of enterprise implementations.
• Add appoint on stakeholder management (internal and external)
• Establish, maintain, and enforce the Definition of Done criteria across all development teams,
ensuring consistent quality standards are met before sprint completion and continuously
refining the DoD based on client feedback and project requirements.
• Lead and facilitate all internal team cadences including sprint planning, daily standups, and
retrospectives, while also managing external client-facing meetings such as sprint demos,
stakeholder alignment sessions, and cross-team coordination calls.
• Own and chair steering committee meetings with client executives, prepare comprehensive
project status reports, and facilitate regular reviews to ensure project alignment with business
objectives and timely resolution of any open issues.
• Translate requirements into technical execution plans.
• Drive adoption of AI Agents and Agentic Workflows across client environments.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers on solution design.
• Track delivery health: scope, risks, dependencies, and quality.
• Engage enterprise stakeholders to align delivery expectations.
• Mentor junior engineers and consultants in delivery practices.
Qualifications & Experience
• 5‒7 years of proven experience delivering software or digital transformation projects for large
enterprises (MUST HAVE).
• Strong experience with SaaS implementations, system integration, or workflow automation.
• Knowledge of low-code platforms, iPaaS, ETL/Reverse ETL, and AI-driven solutions.
• Hands-on familiarity with Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD practices.
• Strong client engagement and communication skills.
• Domain experience in BFSI, Telecom, or other enterprise verticals preferred.
