15+ years of experience in technology delivery, with at least 5 years in a delivery lead, technical project
management, or senior scrum master role on digital banking or fintech programmes.
• Demonstrable technical background — either through prior software engineering, solution architecture, or
technical business analysis experience — sufficient to engage as a credible peer with developers, architects,
and platform teams on technical delivery questions.
• Proven delivery experience on programmes spanning mobile application development (iOS and Android),
REST API platforms, microservices architectures, and integrations with core banking or enterprise systems.
• Expert command of delivery management disciplines: work breakdown structures, dependency mapping,
RAID management, milestone planning, critical path analysis, and agile delivery ceremonies.
• Strong experience managing integration delivery complexity — understanding how digital systems connect to
core banking platforms and the specific delivery risks this introduces (API versioning, contract testing,
sandbox availability, change window constraints).
• Experience managing multi-squad, multi-workstream digital delivery programmes with concurrent
dependencies across platform, infrastructure, QA, and business stakeholder teams.
• Familiarity with mobile CI/CD pipelines, App Store release processes, and the delivery constraints specific to
native mobile application development.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field. PMP,
Prince2, SAFe certification preferred.
• Prior experience in the same domain or hands-on familiarity with the specific technologies relevant to this role
will be considered a significant advantage during candidate evaluation.
