Technical Analyst/Implementation Support
Key deliverables include, but are not limited to:
Installed and configured Business Banking digital onboarding environments
Develop required queries & reports from platform systems
Unit test and sanity test execution results
Deliver Project technical document with coordination with the vendor and internal ADIB units (LLD, HLD etc...)
Manage and coordinate project design review board (DRB) / change approval Board (CAB)
Integration coordination and issue resolution support
SIT and UAT technical support and sign-off readiness
Production deployment support
Post-go-live support and stabilization confirmation
Roles & Responsibilities
Managed Service Provider: Provide technical resources and deliver services as defined in this SOW
IT Lead / Technical Owner: Overall technical oversight, approvals, and prioritization
CS Vendor: Provide system deliverables, fixes, and technical documentation
Internal IT Teams: Support infrastructure, security, and surrounding system integrations
Service Model
Services shall be delivered on a managed service basis
Resources must have hands-on experience in SME & Corporate systems and integrations
Services may support multiple projects concurrently, subject to IT direction
Prepare Technical Specification, Functional Specifications for assigned projects by himself or in conjunction with Vendors, Business Analyst or Business users for implementation.
Participate in the Business Workshops or Business Meetings with respective Team Leaders for detailed analysis and design of the expected systems with vendors or internally.
Responsible for Task Planning (WBS), Time Estimation and Resource estimation.
Responsible for the development/support of related software modules, components, integration modules, and bespoke development for the projects as required.
Execute the adhoc instructions or provide flexibility within ethical and professional standards from line manager to achieve any exceptional business objectives, Internal IT Objectives related to ADIB group.
Assist in Test Cases Preparation, Test Cases Execution, System and Integration and User Acceptance Testing
Uncover, elevates, quantifies, and confirms the critical business issue related to business applications
Deep understanding and Experience in SME domain especially systems like digital account onboarding, Transaction Banking , CRMNext, AMBIT, FIRCO etc.
