offshore Technical Support Analyst AI Gateway & GitHub Copilot


Description We are hiring two to three offshore Technical Support Analysts to assist with daily operations of our enterprise AI Gateway and GitHub Copilot tooling. These analysts will support internal developers by addressing access issues, providing technical triage, and maintaining updated documentation.
Responsibilities: Monitor tickets and Teams channels; Resolve access and configuration issues; Review use cases; Track provisioning; Maintain documentation; Coordinate with onshore lead.
Required Qualifications: 2+ years in support/help desk/QA roles; Basic Python and API familiarity; Strong English communication; Experience with GitHub or VS Code.
Preferred Qualifications: SaaS/developer platform support; AI/ML awareness; Enterprise support experience.
Ideal Candidate Traits: Responsive, detailed, process-oriented, eager to learn.
Contract Details: Duration: 612 months; Hours: Full-time with EST overlap; Start: Immediate; Work: In-office.
