- Must have skills – (Overall candidate is expected to have 15+ years of experience in Pega space)
- Experience in working with leadership to understand vision, revenue growth targets and align Pega initiatives to drive business outcomes
- Tech sales experience in Pega for 5-10+ years
- Managed and delivered revenue/ orderbook goals for Pega digital platform
- Ability to work with existing customers/ new logos in identifying, shaping and closing opportunities successfully
- Prior experience of working with various internal teams regarding development of GTM Strategies and campaigns, Prior experience of working with Digital platforms and other solutions partners regarding joint GTM strategies, Cosell campaigns
- Prior experience of building pursuit teams such as presales, solution architects, marketing, and delivery teams.
- Tech Skills:
- Minium 5 years working experience with Pega Platform applications, Pega Sales Automation, Pega Customer Service, Pega Marketing, Pega CDH, or Pega Platform applications
- Pega Business Architect or System Architect certification is required.
- Familiarity with Pega Infinity 23, Pega Infinity 24, Constellation, RPA technologies. Field implementation experience will be a definite plus
- Experience with migrating Pega applications to cloud architecture – Pega Cloud, AWS Cloud, Google Cloud, MS Azure Cloud
- Experience with Business Process Analysis: Analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and defining requirements for Pega applications.
- Prototyping and Validation: Defining prototypes and conducting validation sessions with stakeholders to ensure proposed solutions meet requirements and expectations.
- Prior experience of conducting workshops for requirements analysis, business case development and solution development. Candidate must demonstrate expertise in elaborating technical discussions and providing thought leadership

- Provide mentorship and career guidance for technology groups such as architects and tech-Leads
- Prior working experience of supporting branding, sales, and marketing initiatives – Papers, Email campaigns, Analyst calls, Client QBRs etc.
- Candidate should be able to evaluate emerging innovation in Pega space – Gen AI – Case Summarization, Blueprint, Knowledge buddy, etc. and assess their potential impacts and benefits to present it to Internal and External stakeholders.
- Expertise in GenAI and LLM technologies, tools, and platforms.
