About the Role
TL SSE SE with deep expertise in Google Cloud AI technologies Natural Language Processing NLP and Machine Learning systems The ideal candidate will have hands on experience with Google CCAI Vertex AI Language Translation Text to Speech TSS Speech to Text STT OCR and Transformer based models LLMs TPUs GNMT
Key Responsibilities
- Design develop and deploy AI powered conversational and translation systems using Google CCAI Vertex AI and related tools and integrating advanced language solutions into enterprise grade systems
- Build and optimize language processing pipelines utilizing Google Translation API GNMT and Transformer based architectures
- Integrate Speech to Text STT Text to Speech TSS and OCR capabilities to enable multimodal AI solutions
- Develop and fine tune LLMs and custom machine learning models using Vertex AI TPUs and open source frameworks eg Hugging Face Transformers PyTorch TensorFlow
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to implement AI driven automation chatbots and virtual agent solutions leveraging Google CCAI
- Ensure model performance scalability and compliance with data security and privacy standards
- Continuously explore emerging AI ML trends and contribute to the roadmap for language and vision AI capabilities
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science AI ML Data Science or related field
- 3 to 6 years of experience in software engineering with a focus on AI ML and NLP
- Strong hands on experience with Google Cloud AI Stack
- Contact Center AI CCAI
- Vertex AI training deployment pipelines endpoints
- Google Translation STT TTS APIs
- Proficiency in Python JavaScript TypeScript or Java
- Practical experience with Transformers Large Language Models LLMs and TPU acceleration
- Familiarity with OCR frameworks eg Google Vision API Tesseract or similar
- Strong understanding of NLP pipelines sequence to sequence models and GNMT principles
Experience working with REST APIs microservices and cloud native architectures
Preferred Qualifications
- Google Cloud certifications such as Professional ML Engineer Cloud Architect or Data Engineer
- Experience with Dialogflow CX ES Google Speech AI or custom multilingual chatbot design
- Knowledge of data annotation translation memory and custom language model training.
