Tech Lead

Responsible for overall Tableau Architecture design & standards.
Should have good understanding on configuring / implementing changes in custom war file to achieve the requirement .
Should have good understanding on configuring/ hosting Tableau application in any of the web servers.
Provide technical leadership on Tableau architecture & solution design decisions.
Performance tuning, testing, and troubleshooting Tableau objects.
Analysis and interpretation of business requirements and translation into functional and technical requirement specifications
Assistance with project planning, estimating, approach definition and implementation planning
Evaluate current and emerging BI industry trends and best practices when designing BI solutions.
Work closely with DBAs on data model or database changes required to implement the solution.

Knowledge of Banking Finance Domain. Should have worked on any banking finance Product, its processor system & its eco systems.
Should have excellent knowledge of working on MS Office
Should have knowledge of software development cycle & its processes
Should have experience in system testing, preparing test plans
Excellent communication & presentation skills
Knowledge of Datawarehousing, Data Analytics and BI Skills
Nice to Have Skills:
Knowledge of JIRA and other Support tools and Banking & Agile.
