Talent Mobility & Immigration Lead - North America
· 10+ years of experience working in a mobility and immigration related role in the Americas region, preferably with an in-house mobility team or a mobility service provider.
· Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to communicate and influence at a senior management level.
· Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field desired
· Strong quantitative skills; MS-Excel, Office, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Mobility related certification, such as GMS (Global Mobility Specialist) or GPHR (Global Professional in HR) or a similar certification is ideal.
- Working knowledge of U.S. employment immigration, with broader knowledge of Canadian and Central/South American employment-based immigration a plus
- Customer centered mindset, including creative problem solving and clear and empathetic communication style.
- Proven knowledge of global immigration, relocation, and business travel management.
- Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Understanding of international labor laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Proven analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-national, global team environment.
