Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute a comprehensive video content strategy for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms, ensuring alignment with the brand's goals and target audience.
· Collaborate with internal creative teams and external agencies to conceptualize, plan, and storyboard video content ideas.
· Coordinate video shoots, including location scouting, talent coordination, equipment setup, and ensuring a smooth production process.
· Capture high-quality footage during video shoots, ensuring proper lighting, framing, and sound quality.
· Edit and enhance video content using professional software tools to create visually appealing and engaging videos.
· Collate and organize video assets, including footage, music, graphics, and other elements, for efficient content management.
· Optimize videos for each platform, considering specific requirements, formats, and audience preferences.
· Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices in video content creation, social media, and digital marketing to ensure the brand remains at the forefront of innovation.
· Monitor and analyze video performance metrics, such as views, engagement, and conversions, and make data-driven decisions to optimize future content.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, social media, and design, to align video content with broader marketing initiatives.
· Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and freelancers involved in video production, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
· Ensure brand consistency and messaging across all video content and platforms.
· Stay informed about industry trends, new technologies, and platform updates to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia, Film Production, or a related field.
· Proven experience as a Content Manager, Video Producer, or similar role, with a focus on video content creation and management.
· 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in managing video content for digital platforms.
· Strong knowledge of video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
· Excellent storytelling and creative thinking abilities with a keen eye for detail.
· Proficiency in using professional video equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio gear.
· In-depth understanding of YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant social media platforms.
· Familiarity with social media analytics tools to track and analyze video performance metrics.
· Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
· Portfolio showcasing your video content management and production skills.
