Tableau Developer

- BI Developer Tableau 
Create and maintain custom reports and/or data files from multiple access databases
Understand business requirements and come up with data analytic solutions
Provide oversight for the creation and daily running of mission critical departmental reporting for departmental metric results
Design and develop ETL using Toad and SQL Server stored procedures or other tools, functions, and views
Extract and aggregate consumer data as needed for reporting
Develop, document, and maintain standards for data storage and retrieval within multiple systems to ensure consistency and integrity of all data used for reporting
Required Work Experience

4+ years experience in Tableau
5+ years experience in SQL, Data analytics & BI
2+ years expereince in AWS
Some cloud experience strongly preferred
Related Bachelor's degree or additional related equivalent work experience
Experience with Tableau version 10.5 or higher (Tableau Specialist Certification or higher preferred) and AWS
Relevant Development Certifications Proficiency writing SQL queries using Toad or SQL Server applications within db2 or similar environments
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite to include Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
Experience and understanding with unit testing, release procedures, coding design and documentation protocol as well as change management procedures
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; strong attention to detail
Strong Business Acumen and ability to work with business teams
Demonstrated organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills; insurance experience
