Primary Skills: AWS and CDK
Solid understanding of real-time payment systems and the banking sector.
Familiarity with ACIs Universal Payments Framework (UPF) or other payment processing platforms.
Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills, with experience working in a Cloud environment.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
JD: We are looking for a highly skilled Junior Cloud Support Engineer to join our team and play a key role in supporting real-time payment solutions within the banking sector.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Cloud technologies, and familiarity with TCH & Zelle Payments workflow.
This role requires an individual who is adept at troubleshooting, debugging, and working within a Cloud environment.
Responsibility:
Monitor AWS Cloud services, support group mails to address & resolve basic problems
Co-ordinate and escalate to the respective downstream system including the vendor products
Coordination during Planned DR activities.
Analyze & resolve basic, incidents related to applications and might take support from application team for complicated incidents.
Perform RCA including code analysis for incidents that require code fix/Implement RCA.
Provide support to Cloud Engineering team for Patch deployments/Version upgrades to AWS services.
Create weekly statistics of incidents received.
Categorization of issues based on resolution (Upstream/Downstream/Data related/False Alarm.... etc.)
Organize production handover and conduct ORR for production changes.
Provide support for weekend deployment, Triage the issues identified during deployment/post validation.
Building knowledge assets (KB Articles) - knowledge base build out of support process, common error patterns and health check procedures (if any)
Building dev ops pipeline and assist building dev ops procedure, processes and dashboard as deemed necessary.
