Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled SSIS Developer with 5-7 years of experience in software development to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) and will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining ETL processes to support our data warehousing initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement ETL processes using SSIS to extract, transform, and load data from various sources.
• Collaborate with data architects and business analysts to understand data requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Optimize and troubleshoot existing SSIS packages for performance and reliability.
• Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the ETL process.
• Document ETL processes and maintain technical documentation.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies related to data integration and ETL.

Mandatory Skills:

• Proven experience with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
• Strong proficiency in SQL and T-SQL.
• Experience with data warehousing concepts and methodologies.
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize ETL processes.
• Familiarity with data modeling and database design.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with other ETL tools and technologies.
• Knowledge of cloud-based data integration solutions.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of relevant experience in software development with a focus on ETL processes.
