1. Experience on infra support involving windows servers, datacenter, VMs.
2. Knowledge on windows active directory, identity & access management. User access management on windows servers.
3. Strong Knowledge on ITIL process, hands on tools like ServiceNow.
4. Automation tools like Tanium, MFOO, SCCM, Ansible (optional)
5. MS SharePoint, able to navigate and maintain documentation.
6. Handle Incidents, p1 major INC calls, troubleshoot issues on access and servers.
7. Good hands on MS office tools, Excel (Mandatory).
8. Data handling and reporting, PowerBI (optional)
9. Good Communication (calls, email, chat support) Mandatory
10. Willing to work in US shift timings, night shifts and rotational shift (24/7 support), weekend on-call support
11. Handle escalations and able to work under pressure.
12. No WFH option. Need to work from DLF ODC.
