Skills:
20+ years of experience as a Project and Program Manager. Strong and proven practical experience in project management, which was gained through successfully managing large and complex projects.
Some years experience leading projects through Agile/Iterative methodologies.
Significant experience using JIRA to manage Sprints and project delivery.
Scrum Master and PMP certification strongly desired
Experience working in a technology division of a large banking institution desired. Experience in Trade Finance domain will be added advantage.
Ability to work positively with the wide range of individuals involved in program management
Strong leadership and management skills
Extremely organized
Advanced presentation skills
Ability to navigate in global, large, and complex organization
Strong ability to influence without authority
Job Description
Create, manage, and report on key milestones that make up the various programs and projects that the division is delivering against
Business Management related functions supporting programs projects Budget capacity planning
Responsible for all executive management reporting, and the preparation and delivery of all supporting collateral including but not limited to the full maintenance of the project program in Citis Project Management Tool
Daily program management and oversite throughout the lifecycle of transformation programs
Focus on the creation and implementation of a robust Project governance controls structure for the Issuer Services technology group
Manage the risks and issues of the program and work with the teams to take corrective measurements
Manage all stakeholders communication
Interact with the PMO group to manage the main program documentations according to Citis policies and procedures
Interact and manage the relationship with the assigned technical lead/ teams to understand critical milestones, deliveries, and releases
Asses risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firms reputation and safeguarding Citi, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behaviour, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.
