Should have minimum 8-10 years of Business Analysis hands-on experience.Experience in Credit Risk as a business Analyst with exposure to regulations such has Basel or similar regulatory or compliance projects. Good knowledge on Banking products - Knowledge on products such as Mortgages/Deposits/ Trading Securities/Debt/Derivatives/Margin/Collateral Management would be desirable. Should be capable of engaging with business stakeholders , capturing granular level business details , underlying data and processing rules and develop subject matter expertise of the applications. Excellent data analytics & problem-solving skillsExperience in preparation of business requirement documents (BRD), functional requirements (FRD), use cases, process flows and maintaining requirements traceability matrix.Able to document and understand information from multiple data sources. Drive discussions with business users/stakeholders/technology teams Experience in test strategy, preparation of test scenarios, defects triaging and co-ordination with QA team.Exposure to various SDLC methodologies Lead the definition of problem statements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Providing support during and post implementation phase of various project. Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
