Duties and Responsibilities

• Cleanup payroll discrepancies (daily) - Review the data sheet and and submit update statement to client escalations-hotline channel
• Follow up on “Data Recovery” production support tickets as needed
• Retrieve data from sqlite database backups
• Query datadog for failed rpc service logs and export to data file
• Query lighthouse database for possible invalid shifts or invalid data entries
• Update data file based on findings
• Submit scripts to client stakeholder to execute
• Verify scripts log and fix issues and resubmit data file until data is fully recovered
• Work on lighthouse bugs that are added to the backlog as part of CoreCare team
