Experience in application support or engineering roles with business-critical systems.
Strong knowledge of monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk, New Relic & Dynatrace).
Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools such as GitHub.
Knowledge of API integration, scripting, and coding.
Experience with Microsoft SQL and general database systems.
Proficiency in the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence).
Solid understanding of networking, IIS, application/web servers, Windows Server (2008 2016), and Active Directory/DNS.
Exposure to Linux environments is a plus.
Strong analytical, communication, and time-management skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure in a collaborative environment.
Knowledge of transaction banking is highly regarded
