Lead start up, planning and execution for IT high-level projects with a focus on Infrastructure Capital Projects and support Acquisitions and Divestitures.
Oversee project costing, progress, risks, and change management.
May be responsible for multiple simultaneous projects depending on the size and scope of each.
Participate in weekly portfolio execution reviews.
Coordinate releases between multiple projects to ensure positive organizational impact as well as to optimize IT resources and line up timing between organizations.
Escalate issues or barriers to the success of the project to upper management.
Deliver project updates to management and senior leadership on program status, challenges, and opportunities.
Organize organizational change management needs for releases.
Technically understand deliverables of the project while not necessarily the SME, be able to understand and lead a group of technical resources on the project.
Oversee and work with the PM assigned to the project to ensure all appropriate tasks are planned and weekly tracking and reporting is accurate. Follow strong project management disciplines.
Lead project teams, but also work with others on the core release management team, share learnings and assist team members, provide backup duties on other projects as needed.

Project Resource Skillset

Seven years enterprise experience
Exceptional written and oral communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with senior leadership
Exceptional organizational change management skills
Exceptional planning skills with a bias for action
Experience managing up, down, and across with personnel, partners, and vendors
Experience leading implementations and tangibly improving processes
