We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Tech Lead to join our team. As a Tech Lead, you will be responsible for leading the full design lifecycle, including research, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, and final delivery. You will also be responsible for conducting user research and usability testing to inform design decisions. Additionally, you will translate business goals and user needs into intuitive and engaging design solutions. In this role, you will create and maintain design systems, style guides, and component libraries. You will collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs and present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, incorporating feedback. As a Tech Lead, you will also stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies. The ideal candidate will have a total of 8 years of work experience, with a hybrid work mode. Business Consulting-Foundational skills are mandatory for this role.
