Software Engineer

Strong understanding of Salesforce modules

• Experience with Finance and Sales processes:

o Lead Management

o Opportunity Management

o Pricing/Quoting

o Invoicing & Billing

o Revenue recognition concepts

• Solid understanding of data life cycle, ETL concepts, data modelling, and reporting structures.

• Ability to write detailed user stories, BRDs, FSDs, process flows, and use case documents.

• Hands-on with tools like:

o JIRA, Confluence, Lucidchart/Visio

o Excel, SQL (basic knowledge preferred)

o Power BI/Tableau exposure (added advantage)

• Ability to perform data analysis, identify trends, and provide insights.
