Software Engineer
Assist in governance activities for numerous projects and service delivery managers, ensuring compliance and supporting service improvement initiatives. Requires knowledge of ITIL SRE principles and effective communication skills.
Preferred Experience:
Bachelors degree in engineering or business administration.
3 plus years of experience in Operations or support roles in AMS, IMS, or Cloud Ops.
Effective communication skills to work with diverse teams across geographies and cultures.
Experience working with international clients is a plus.
Proficiency in O365 apps.
Basic understanding of stakeholder, project, and process management.
Mandatory Skills:
