Platform Ownership & Delivery ManagementOwn end to end delivery of the Sitefinity platform, including day to day operations and long term roadmap execution.Lead planning, estimation, and delivery of enhancements, features, fixes, and technical upgrades.Monitor platform SLAs, availability, performance, and ongoing maintenance requirements.Manage cross functional Agile teams including developers, testers, architects, DevOps, and content managers.Develop project timelines, resource plans, and track delivery milestones and budgets.Sitefinity Expertise & Migration ExperienceDeep understanding of the Sitefinity platform architecture, customization, multisite management, personalization, and content workflows.Lead or oversee migration projects from on-premises to Sitefinity Cloud, including planning, risk mitigation, and change management.Collaborate with Progress (Sitefinity vendor) and implementation partners as required.Collaborate with DevOps teams to manage CI/CD pipelines for Sitefinity applications.Ensure cloud infrastructure (Sitefinity Cloud or Azure/AWS hosting) is secure, scalable, and cost-effective.Define governance standards for content publishing, role-based access, and platform security.Champion performance optimization, SEO, and accessibility best practices across web properties.Familiarity with headless CMS concepts and Sitefinitys decoupled architecture capabilities.Integration & Enterprise CollaborationLead efforts to integrate Sitefinity with third-party tools such as:DAM systems (Frontify, etc.., CRM (Salesforce, Dynamics)Identity providers (SSO/OAuth)Marketing automation platforms (MoEngage, Adobe, Eloqua, Marketo)Analytics tools (GA4, Adobe Analytics)Understand API design, RESTful services, and middleware for platform interoperability..
Primary Skills
8+ years of overall experience in IT/digital delivery roles.
3+ years’ experience on large-scale CMS platforms, specifically with deep hands-on understanding of Progress Sitefinity CMS (including Sitefinity Cloud).
Experience in developing, and maintaining enterprise-level websites and portals using Progress Sitefinity CMS
Experience in Sitefinity migration projects
Secondary Skills
Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
Strong understanding of cloud platforms (Azure preferred), CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, and DevOps methodologies.
Design and implement Sitefinity-based solutions, including custom widgets, templates, and workflows.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues on Sitefinity CMS
Manage Sitefinity servers hosted on Azure Cloud or other platforms.
