Primary Skills
- 8+ years of overall experience in IT/digital delivery roles.
- 3+ years’ experience on large-scale CMS platforms, specifically with deep hands-on understanding of Progress Sitefinity CMS (including Sitefinity Cloud).
- Experience in developing, and maintaining enterprise-level websites and portals using Progress Sitefinity CMS
- Experience in Sitefinity migration projects
Secondary Skills
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (Azure preferred), CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, and DevOps methodologies.
- Design and implement Sitefinity-based solutions, including custom widgets, templates, and workflows.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues on Sitefinity CMS
- Manage Sitefinity servers hosted on Azure Cloud or other platforms.
- Hands-on Sitefinity CMS operations (Diagnostics, caching, SiteSync or deployment pipelines, multisite management)
- Experience on operational health of enterprise websites and portals built on Progress Sitefinity CMS
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define technical solutions.
- Experience with agile delivery methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and tools like Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps.
- Good stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
Nice to Have:
- Sitefinity Progress certified developer
- Experience working in healthcare industry with compliance considerations.
