Primary Skills

• Candidate should have min 3 years Sitefinity development experience
• 3+ years’ experience on large-scale CMS platforms, specifically with deep hands-on understanding of Progress Sitefinity CMS (including Sitefinity Cloud).
• Experience in developing, and maintaining enterprise-level websites and portals using Progress Sitefinity CMS
• Experience in Sitefinity migration projects

Secondary Skills

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (Azure preferred), CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, and DevOps methodologies.
• Design and implement Sitefinity-based solutions, including custom widgets, templates, and workflows.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues on Sitefinity CMS
• Manage Sitefinity servers hosted on Azure Cloud or other platforms.
• Hands-on Sitefinity CMS operations (Diagnostics, caching, SiteSync or deployment pipelines, multisite management)
• Experience on operational health of enterprise websites and portals built on Progress Sitefinity CMS
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define technical solutions.
• Experience with agile delivery methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and tools like Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps.
• Good stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.

Nice to Have:

• Sitefinity Progress certified developer
• Experience working in healthcare industry with compliance considerations.
