Key responsibility:

Description - External

The Architect will be responsible for designing, installing, developing and implementing custom Sitecore projects. The ideal developer should be able to customize and develop using the Sitecore API.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate these into technology solutions
• Act as a subject matter expert when working with business users to scope and propose technical solutions
• Proven ability to handle the handoff of quality deliverables to onshore and offshore development teams
• Participate in design discussions and code reviews and ensure that applications meet customer standards
• Provide technical input to applications and continue to evolve and maintain applications over time
• Ensure continuity of code through commenting and other documentation
• Fully test and troubleshoot, ensuring consistently error free, high quality results
• Produce technical documentation and diagrams for technical and nontechnical audiences
• Expert with proven experience in building custom solutions
• Participate in all Scrum ceremonies

REQUIRED SKILLS QUALIFICATIONS:

• B.S. or B.A. degree in computer science or related field of study
• Prior experience working on a Scrum Team, preferred
• 10+ years of experience working with Sitecore
• Recent experience with Sitecore 9.0+
• Sitecore Certification 9.0+
• More than five years of development experience using Microsoft .NET, C, ASP.Net/MVC, HTML5 and JavaScript
• Worked on a team that completed at least two enterprise Sitecore implementations
• Experience implementing and supporting Sitecore in a load balanced or cloud environment (Azure or AWS)
• Experience integrating web applications with 3rd party
