Key Responsibilities:
• Solution Architecture & Design:
o Lead the end-to-end design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices.
o Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze needs, and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
o Develop and maintain architectural standards, guidelines, and best practices for ServiceNow implementations.
• Offering Development:
o Drive the creation and enhancement of ServiceNow offerings, including pre-built solutions, accelerators, and templates.
o Stay current with the latest ServiceNow releases and features, leveraging them to enhance offerings and deliver innovative solutions to clients.
o Lead the development of reusable components, frameworks, and methodologies to streamline project delivery.
• Client Engagement:
o Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance on leveraging ServiceNow to achieve their business goals.
o Lead workshops and design sessions with clients to define solution architecture and ensure alignment with their vision.
o Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction and successful project outcomes.
• Team Leadership:
o Mentor and guide a team of ServiceNow developers, functional consultants, and technical architects, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
o Provide technical leadership and direction to project teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to project timelines.
o Promote continuous learning and skill development within the team, staying ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Governance & Compliance:
o Establish and enforce governance frameworks to ensure consistency, quality, and compliance across all ServiceNow implementations.
o Conduct regular architecture reviews and audits to ensure alignment with best practices and organizational standards.
• Thought Leadership:
o Contribute to the growth of the ServiceNow practice by sharing knowledge, publishing white papers, and participating in industry events and forums.
o Identify and explore new business opportunities within the ServiceNow ecosystem, driving innovation and growth for the company.
Qualifications:
• Experience:
o 20+ years of experience in IT, with a strong focus on ServiceNow architecture, development, and implementation.
o Proven experience in leading complex ServiceNow projects across multiple domains (ITSM, ITOM, HR, SecOps, etc.).
o Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, including custom application development, integrations, and automation.
• Skills:
o Expert-level knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, including best practices for design, development, and deployment.
o Strong proficiency in ServiceNow scripting, workflows, and integrations with third-party systems.
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
o Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering innovative and scalable solutions.
o Leadership and mentoring abilities, with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
• Education:
o Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
o ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist, Certified Application Developer) are highly desirable.
