ServiceNow (SME) Lead

Job Description

    • primarily involved in Solutioning
    • Provide help in Presales Support, Solution Design and Architectural design
    • Collaborate with Business and IT stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements
    • Design end-to-end solutions using the ServiceNow platform to meet business needs while ensuring maximum out of the box solution.
    • Develop technical architecture, considering scalability, performance, and security aspects.
      Create detailed technical documentation outlining design decisions and implementation strategies.
    • Define and manage integrations with external systems using APIs, REST, SOAP, and other methods.
    • Ensure seamless data flow and consistency between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.
    • Design data models and manage data sources within the ServiceNow CMDB and other base tables
    • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices for the Service Now industry solution.
    • Stay updated with ServiceNow platform updates, new features, and industry trends.
    • Optimize the performance of ServiceNow applications, identifying and resolving bottlenecks.
    • Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
    • Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for implemented solutions.
    • Certified CSA, CAD, ITSM + Any 2 CIS certification - preferred
