Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Consultant with a strong focus on Service Mapping to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ServiceNow implementations and a deep understanding of service mapping processes. This role involves working closely with clients to analyze their requirements and deliver tailored solutions that enhance their IT service management capabilities.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze service mapping requirements.
Design and implement ServiceNow service mapping solutions that align with client needs.
Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate clients on service mapping functionalities.
Provide ongoing support and optimization of service mapping processes.
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of service mapping with other ITSM processes.
Document technical specifications and maintain project documentation.
Mandatory Skills:
Proven experience with ServiceNow, specifically in service mapping.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with ITIL framework and best practices.
Knowledge of other ServiceNow modules (Incident, Change, Problem Management).
Familiarity with cloud services and infrastructure.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
ServiceNow certification is a plus.
5-7 years of relevant experience in IT service management consulting.
