Works with the ServiceNow platform to design, code, and troubleshoot applications. Plays a crucial role in managing the platform and infrastructure, including architectural changes, integrations, and new module implementations. Ensures the functionality of the platform’s customizable and integrative features by designing and developing configurations that meet specific business needs. Formulates and implements QA methods including planning and executing unit, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing. Analyzes, troubleshoots, resolves, and reports issues to identify and address system inefficiencies. Determines IT best practices and improves existing methods to ensure optimal performance and compliance. Works closely with stakeholders to translate business goals into technical solutions, requiring strong technical and interpersonal project management skills. Core ServiceNow development experience. Application publishing experience. Database experience. CI CD pipeline experience. Playbooks and integrations experience. Experience with third party connections through APIs primarily REST APIs.
