Servicenow Developer

This is a ServiceNow developer role. The selected candidate will be working in several phases, all within the Event Management space in ServiceNow:
1.    Initial Phase – assist with build of new standard event management framework:
    Convert existing rules and flows to align with new standardized model.
    Assist with documentation of process
    Assist with ingestion of current sources.
2.    Phase 2 – Ingestion of new sources:
    Develop and document process for ingesting additional sources.
    Assist with development of correlation rules and new flows for new sources.
    Consult with new and existing source owners about possible correlation or automation opportunities.
3.    Phase 3 – Ongoing support and development:
    Analyze data being ingested from all sources:
    identify and implement additional correlation or incident enrichment.
    Identify and implement automation to reduce incident noise and/or mitigate well-understood issues.
    Work with ServiceNow team to identify growth and enhancement opportunities.
    Support on-shore team in BAU Event Management activities.
