We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Software Development Consultant with hands on experience in implementing and customizing Customer Operations Management (COM) and Service Operations Management SOM modules. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing scalable solutions, integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise systems, and supporting digital transformation initiatives across customer and service operations.
Design and implement ServiceNow solutions focusing on COM and SOM modules, customizing apps using JavaScript, Flow Designer, and Business Rules.
Gather and translate business requirements into technical specs, configuring workflows, catalog items, and service portals.
Integrate ServiceNow with external systems via REST SOAP APIs, MID Servers, and IntegrationHub.
Ensure platform scalability, performance, and security compliance while supporting upgrades and feature adoption.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and maintain clear documentation for configurations and integrations.
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field with 3+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
Deep expertise in COM and SOM modules like Order Management, Product Catalog, and Service Inventory.
Proficient in JavaScript, Glide APIs, and ServiceNow scripting.
Experienced in ServiceNow integrations and managing data flows.
Certified CSA and CAD with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Exposure to Git, Jenkins, and automated testing frameworks.
Understanding of data migration strategies and tools (e.g., Data Loader, ETL).
